Samuel Adebayo | Actor/Devisor

Hi, my name is Samuel Adebayo. I am a creative and movement practitioner from London. I graduated with a BA Hons in acting at LAMDA in 2019. Since graduating, I have worked as an Actor in different mediums and collaborated with creatives from other art disciplines. Such as sculpture, painting and cinematography. I currently teach at LAMDA and Oxford school of Drama (OSD) My practice has influences from Laban, Gaulier, Lecoq, Jane Gibson and animal flow. I consider myself a Jack of all trades but master of none.

Sanda Bourenane | Actor/Devisor

Having lived between the UK, France, and Canada, Sanda Bourenane decided to pursue her acting studies in Paris soon after taking on the part of Sabine in the Canadian feature film, Romeo Eleven, directed by Ivan Grbovic. After being admitted into the Classe Libre program of the Cours Florent in Paris in 2015, she moved to London in 2017 and attended LAMDA, from which she graduated in 2019. Recently, Sanda has been working as an actor at the Comédie Française in Paris on a variety of productions and she is absolutely thrilled to be taking part in the Hades and Persephone project in Sicily this summer.

Lola Calotychos | Company Management Intern

Lola Calotychos is currently an undergraduate student at Brandeis University, studying Sociology and Italian Studies. Lola is of Greek and Spanish background and as a result is deeply interested in the intersection of languages, literature, international relations, and immigration studies. In the future, Lola hopes to pursue these interests across disciplines and across cultures far and wide.

Nic Farr | Designer

Nic Farr (they/he) is an artist and researcher based in London. They are a PhD researcher and Visiting Lecturer at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where they research practices of queer placemaking through a scenographic lens. As an artist and theatre-maker their work explores the liminal spaces between text and environment, practice and research, architectures and ecologies. They specialise in devised, experimental, and site-specific work, often created in collaboration with activist or community groups. Recent credits include the exhibition Oh How Queer! curated by Adorn the Common, Burnout and This is What Utopia Looks Like with ShyBairn Theatre Company and Find Me, Fool with Tenderize Theatre.

Clara Francesca | Actor/Devisor, Secondary Narrator

Clara Francesca, is an award-winning artist, director, and speech coach with a passion for unlocking the individual's authentic heart-voice-connection: investigating co-existence in a diverse world. Their work spans from avant-garde live immersive productions to commercial voice overs on mainstream TV. Clara is humbled when the work reaches an individual causing them to create positive changes in their lives. She explores this by integrating immersive theatrical practices in collaboration with musicians, scientists and digital artists. Clara holds a BA in Laws & Biomedical Sciences from Monash University, meditatively sung at the NYC Hayden Planetarium, is a member of NYC’s SITI Company’s Inaugural Conservatory Alumni, and performs game-theory with TidalFire at the California Academy of Sciences Dome Shows. Dylan Hoffman | Assistant Directing Intern

Dylan Hoffman is a director, writer, and translator based in Brooklyn, New York. Placing a strong emphasis on collaboration and experimentation, he seeks to understand how image, text, and character can be combined to create a profound and visceral experience. Recent credits include The End of the World (Brandeis University, Massachusetts) and Unstuck (The Tank, New York). In 2020, he translated a new adaptation of The Oresteia for the Sardegna Teatro (Cagliari, Italy). He is a 2020 Fulbright Italy English Teaching Assistant grant recipient. He is currently pursuing an MFA in creative writing from Syracuse University.

Alex Kais | Actor/Devisor, Associate Producer

Alex Kais-is a Canadian-born actor who is half Lebanese and half Jordanian. Alex graduated from Associated Studios in 2019, and recently made his professional debut in the new musical Broken Wings about the life of Lebanese poet Khalil Gibran in 2022. His production credits include Guy Manoukian's London show at His Majesty's Theatre, and Rumi the musical in Qatar. He is delighted to be an associate producer for this show as well.  He also volunteers his time as the sponsorship co-ordinator for the Black British Theatre Awards.

Mariagrazia La Fauci | Director

Mariagrazia is a USA-born, Sicilian-raised theatre creator, with familial roots in Pezzolo. Mariagrazia has worked as a director, dramaturg, and educator on projects in London, Sicily, NYC, and Boston. She is passionate about collaborative story-telling and travel. Her work is rooted in the belief that arts programming can bring communities closer, bridge gaps between cultures, and reshape our relationship with the spaces we inhabit. Mariagrazia graduated from Brown University in 2012 and received her MA in Theatre Directing from LAMDA in 2017. She founded Trinacria Theatre Company in 2016. In 2019 she was long-listed for the JMK Young Directors Award and was a keynote speaker at the National Outdoor Theatre Conference in Santa Fe. In early 2021, she joined a global educational travel company, currently sitting on the product development team overseeing Southern Europe. She has had the chance to visit 7 new countries in the past 12 months.

Olivia Skoog | Actor/Devisor

Olivia is a Swedish free-lance actor. She studied drama school in London (LAMDA) and Paris (Les Cours Florent). With her base and home in Stockholm she works both on stage and screen around Europe, UK and Scandinavia. On top of her classical acting training Olivia is a singer and has worked with musical theater as well as pursuing her passion for movement and dance working extensively with physical theatre in multiple projects. 

Alex Zarbà | Narrator

Alex was born in Pozzuoli, Naples, Italy, in 1979, of a Polish-American father and a Sicilian mother. He has worked as a translator and language teacher for over 20 years. He received his BA from Bowdoin College (Religion major), a specialization degree in Translation from Autónoma University in Madrid, Spain, and a Master's Degree in Education (Language and Literacy focus) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Alex is a native speaker of Sicilian, Italian, and English. He is currently a full-time Spanish language high school teacher. He loves music and dancing (especially from the Mediterranean).
